Refund policy
At ShopVelvetRow, we want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@shopvelvetrow.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order. Contact us and we will help arrange a size or color exchange where stock allows.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned: intimate wear, earrings, and items marked Final Sale. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund after the stated period, please check with your bank or card provider, then contact us at support@shopvelvetrow.com.
